Chris Gowen is an experienced litigator who primarily handles criminal law, family law, personal injury and consumer protection litigation. Mr. Gowen is an Adjunct Law Professor at American University Washington College of Law.
Peter Silva leads the firm’s civil rights, consumer protection, foreclosure defense, and employment law practices. He represents clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and at trial in state and federal courts and before various administrative agencies. He serves on Virginia Indigent Defense Commission and handles the firm’s Virginia criminal defense and civil practices.
Jesse Winograd is an experienced litigator who handles all types of criminal law matters in both federal and state courts throughout the region. His practice also includes complex litigation as well as representing clients in security clearance matters and before boards of professional responsibility and bar committees. Mr. Winograd is a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the Eastern District of Virginia and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Aaron Marr Page is a criminal justice and civil rights attorney. He is regularly appointed by the courts to represent indigent criminal appellants in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, Aaron assists the law firm in its appellate, criminal law, and complex civil litigation practices.
